We made it!!! Happy 1st Birthday to our little munchkin!!!!!

You made it!! You turned a whole year old! We celebrated with a hawaiian themed birthday and I found the cutest hawaiian outfit for you seriously the cuteness was almost too much!! We had a great turn out all your friends came to celebrate and you LOVED your cake. I loved making all the food and even cried to the lady at the cake shop when she showed me your cake. I just can't believe you have been brightening our world for the last year. The greatest thing was 2 days before you turned 1 you started walking!!!! Oh and now you are on the move. I can't get you to stop I swear you would sleep standing up if you could. Sorry I'm not writing more but your dad and I just bought our first home and we have lots to do to get you settled in your new home. Happy Birthday to our lovely girl!!

11 months and you NEVER stop moving!!!

Oh my sweet angel face girl. You have taken leaps and bounds I feel in the last couple months. You are eating everything now pretty much the same meals as your mom and dad only bite-sized pieces. Your favorite food is avocado and cream cheese on toast and tangerines. You are a big fan of icecream even though we are not suppose to give it to you yet. All I do is spend all day feeding you between bottles and meals and snacks. If I ate as much as you I'd be 500lbs :) but you work it all off as all you want to do is move. You never stop even in your sleep you are rolling from one side of the crib to the next. You wake up your dad and I around 3am, always around 3 for some reason, because you get your head stuck in the corner of the crib silly sausage! Your favorite pass time right now is pulling yourself up on me and walking around me over and over and over again oh and you LOVE stairs it's like crack (you will learn what that means later :) You are standing on your own for 5-10 seconds before you drop and crawl and I only have to hold you with one hand and you are walking away so I won't give it long before you take off. Oh and you are talking away da da da, ya ya ya, ba ba ba, ma ma ma hilarious and you are really starting to notice things now, other children, people, things. We have a set of 3 Balinese faces on the wall in our room and you point and talk to them all the time it's so sweet. You LOVE dogs and they love you. You absolutely love music I think you will be a singer or dancer when you are older every time you hear music or we sing to you you start rocking and jumping such a clever girl!

It's so amazing to see you grow and I can't believe you will be one in another month. STOP GROWING and give your mama a break and STOP MOVING!! Just kidding I love you....

10 months and a visit from Nana and Grandad!

You are a wild child that is all I can say for you suga! You are on the go...crawling, pulling up on everything you love to pull up on the glass coffee table and walk around it. You may have hit your head on it a few times sorry mummy's fault. If you get a twitch I know why (only joking :))) You are such a quick crawler and love it when we chase you! Nana and Grandad came to visit from England and you were good as gold. They haven't seen you in 6 months almost but you went to them straight away which of course they loved. Somehow you got the whole going to sleep on your own and were sleeping 7-8 hours solid which is amazing for you and mom and dad :)) I have stopped nursing you now and you are having 4 bottles a day which you don't seem to mind you love your bottles even start crying when you see them coming impatient one (another trait you got from your mom I'm afraid) We all took a trip to Grand Lake and the mountain house we were staying at had stairs and you were in heaven we couldn't get you off those bloomin things all you wanted to do was climb up and down and up and down. You are a hot mess missy and I love it. This is a such a fun age. Okay mom is off to bed we just spent the whole day at the pool and you and I are both exhausted. Love you sweet girl!

The World is so exciting at 9 months!!

Well I have decided to start writing this blog for Madison directly. I have been a little late on the baby book so this is the best thing I can do to document Madison's development and one she can look years from now so baby girl this is for YOU!! You are amazing can I just say that. You never cease to amaze, surprise and inspire me I love you sweet girl. You are growing so fast. This month you started eating more solid food. Your favorite is mushed avocado with cream cheese on toasted gluten free white bread (not precious at all :) You also can't get enough of anything sweet, can't imagine where you get this from :) You love peaches and apples and bananas and pears. It's so sweet to see you using your pincher grip for all your finger food!! Although you still love to be fed. Oh and you are full on crawling now took you about two weeks of this tri-pod one leg straight one leg bent crawling but now you are on the move. I can't leave you alone for a second your favorite thing to do is pull yourself up on the glass table and try and eat it. You hid the car keys from me and dad and I caught you with bark in your mouth. We are also starting sleep training with you as you are having a small problem getting to sleep on your own bless you but you're getting there. We are trying not to use the cry out method and hope it doesn't come to that.. Good thing you are so cute. Me and your dad spend everyday trying to make you laugh and you giggle when dad swings you in the air. Love you sweet girl, until next month!

8 months of sweetness!!!

 I am a whole 8 months old yipee!! Just recently Madison has started crawling well trying to crawl and she's pulling up on everything I have to watch her like a hawk. She is really starting to tell you what's up as well. If I take away keys, remote controls or paper she all wants to put in her mouth she pouts and starts screaming crying but no tears clever girl. I swear she said "oh" yesterday as well hilarious. We take her to music classes, the aquarium and book babies at the library but my favorite time is our afternoon naps together pure love!!!

I am 7 months old and growing like a weed!!!

Well the time is going by at lightening speed. I feel like this time Madison is developing so stinkin fast!!! She is eating everything LOVES sweet potatoes. She eats bananas, avocado, apples, pears, brocoli, cauliflower, carrots and she loves zucchini. And we may or may not have fed her icecream from our favorite spot Liks yummy. She is sitting up on her own no problem and starting to rock back and forth like she wants to crawl and I don't think it will be long. She was just now starting to sleep through the night but then poor soul got sick and had to be on antibiotics and sleeping went by the wasteside BUT she will be back I know. She doesn't have a favorite blanket but does love her toy giraffe Sophie and her little monkey stuffed animal. She is amazing and this is such a great time she's so much fun and I am loving watching her grow. She is such an inquisitive baby and even squints her eyes at things like she is really studying them it's hilarious. 

 

 

Um I'm a half a year old peeps!

 The little gorgeous girl at 6 months I don't believe where the time went. She is doing so well with moving to Denver and a new house and to the cold, basically she is a angel baby! The altitude made her a little sleepy the first couple days but other then that she has been great. She is sitting on own on and starting to roll from her front to her back but the biggest thing is she on to solid foods yippee. So far she is loving her sweet potatoes and apples and oatmeal. It's so adorable to see her go for the spoon and get her face covered in puree amazing!
